My daughter and I were in France for the Roxy Jam Longboard Pro Event so we got to share in the victory of our own, Carissa Moore! Carissa is not only from the island of Hawaii, not only from the South Side of Hawaii (like us), but also one of the Kewalos surf groms! YEs! We are so proud of Carissa's accomplishments in her life! She has record wins for National Titles, she graduated the prestigious Punahou School and now she is I believe the first Hawaii Women's World Champion!!! And we were right there to celebrate her win!
