These shots were just sent to us by surf photographer, Paul Cohen. He is at our house now shooting with our daughter, Kelia, for a Japanese magazine called FINE. Well, he was so nice to bring a CD with all of Tony's old shots. These are awesome. It just reminds me of where our love for surf started....not with our kids, but with TOny! I used to watch him for hours upon hours on this beach right in front of this magical wave... BANZAI PIPELINE! Now I sit there for hours watching my children at this same spot...not quite as big, but pretty soon! I can't wait till they see these shots.. Sometimes they forget that their dad can really surf! ha! And to all of you who had a lesson from Tony on a big surf day! This is why he sends you on the big waves!!! He isn't being mean... he is giving you what HE thinks is FUN! AHHHHH! I would never let him push me on a big wave!
